In a perfect world, all customers would receive their download links and download their product before it expires - but this doesn't happen, and some customers will inevitably need their download links resent.

The Problem - XCart 3.5.x
In order to regenerate and send new download links, by default x-cart 3.5.x requires you to change the customers order status back to incomplete, and then reset the order to processed.  This can be confusing to customers who may think they've been billed a second time.

The Problem - XCart 4.x
While X-Cart 4.x allows you to prolong download links, it does not resend the customer email notification, so unless you spend the time to email the customer, they are unaware.

The Solution
Our "Regenerate E-Good Keys" mod for xcart, removes this problem by providing a button on the top of every EGoods order, allowing you to one-click regenerate and send e-good links without changing the order status.
