In the past we have used contractors where we have had to step in and finish the project on our own due to the lack of communication and skill. That was the great thing about working with Jon and WebsiteCM, it wasn't even a thought in my mind that I'd end up doing this project in the end, I knew the elements they were responsible for would be done.
