If you've ever entered an order on an X-Cart (yours or someone elses), you're no doubt familiar with XCart's ill-formatted default payment page.  Not only is this page visually unappealing, it is very long, which pushes the actual payment area far down the screen making it difficult to locate and causing confusion for the customer.
