Customer Surveys for X-Cart

The Survey Mod allows you to create surveys for visitors of your xcart ecommerce store and place links to them anywhere you'd like.  Great for finding out how the ordering process went, what your customers are into, etc!
Admin Features:

• View overall statistics of each survey.
• Print all survey results grouped by each individual's answer.
• Create as many survey's as you want
• Survey's can have any number of questions
• Question types include - Text, TextArea, Checkbox, Radio, Drop Down.
• Create any number of possible answers to non-text questions!
• Determine the order in which the questions appear using the Position field
• Survey entered into database after all questions are answered.

Customer Features:

• Customer's fill in survey's one question at a time.
• Survey page appears with store Header for navigation back to the site (no menu's are shown to minimize customer distraction).
• Survey answers are anonymous!
