PS -- GMT as default time caught me -- since your office is located in GMT -8, might that be a better default setting?

If you want to do any test registrations on the site or forum to test the registration just use the username format:

xvb-yourname-1
xvb-yourname-2
etc.

I have the default time for the forum set to GMT -8 in vbulletin but it doesn't appear to be working correctly. Not sure where that issue likes exactly but I'll continue to try to debug.

Looks like the default is being over-written by individual user settings as configured at:

I'll reset people's profiles to use the default timezone.

I ran a query to update the timezone of all existing users and modified my field default to '-8' for new registrations.
