Now I'm waiting on a new module - the "sale" one, but haven't heard *anything* from WebsiteCM since I placed the order last week. Again, I had a lot of trouble placing the order online. So I tried calling the order phone number but just got an answering machine. The last time I called that number and left a message, no one called me back anyway. Whenever I tried to check out, I got the message "your cart is empty." So I logged out and back in and the item was in my cart. I checked out, paid, and am still waiting to hear from anyone. That was on April 3, 2008 (today is April 7th).
