Okay, I've been having problems signing into the support section, in that I can't login with my username and password which I have used in other places of this site, but oh well, on to what is going on.

I purchased a mod, the smart search thing. I specified two domains, one of which was accidently the wrong domain (ezwatchstore.com when it should have been [url]www.ezwatchstore.com[/url]). A simple mistake, and should be easy to correct, I just need a new .key file generated reflecting that domain plus the alternate domain (which is our development domain). I first sent an email and tried to open a ticket (not sure if that worked, the whole logging into that part not flying for me thing) last thursday and have sent some more, yet, still no response.

So, can I get some help here? Do I have to contact the people who wrote the mod to try to get the correction? Seriously, it shouldn't take over a week to get such a simple problem resolved.

never mind. I contacted the developers of the mod directly and they squared me away in about five minutes.

Note that licenses for the domain are always valid on any subdomain, including www.
