Default CDSEO Installation Troubles

I am not sure where I go wrong, but I have tried to install CDSEO links and I could not get the Mod to work after the tedious 7 step process... Where am I going wrong? I am following the directions word for word - (paying attention to replace, before, after, etc.)

I also wanted to point out that you have an error in the Step 4 or 5 of the installation process:

I think your install page reads something like this?
FIND:
<tr>
<td height="10" class="FormButton" nowrap>{$lng.lbl_meta_keywords}:</td>

but should be this:
<tr>
<td height="10" class="FormButton" nowrap="nowrap">{$lng.lbl_meta_keywords}:</td>

I would really like to understand where I went wrong, because clean URLs are very important to me and I would like to continue purchasing more CDSEO modules as more projects get developed.

Have you ever noticed any problems with your Web based installation Instructions? Try going through it again - let me know if you have the same problem - maybe I am just routinly missing something - like when your looking for your glasses, but they are on your head (I'm just missing something obvious).

I really do appreciate your help Jon - I just want to bring this to your attention so we can get this system polished up.
