Kudos to Jon of WebsiteCM. Jon has been such a great help from the beginning of my project even before purchasing the mods (cdseo, cdseo for static pages, & product meta tags). I wanted to just post a rave to WebsiteCM/Jon Peters!

Something went askew with our cart back in December and it seemed to affect a mod that we had from WebsiteCM. We consulted xcart and had to pay support points for the ticket and they merely referred us back to the developer stating that it was something to do with the CDSEO module. X-Cart even made a modification to one of our files and only corrected one thing that had gone askew while the rest of our issue with pages reverting back to the home page and not proper categories still existed.

I consulted WebsiteCM and Jon was assigned to my ticket (yeah for us!!!). At that point I was desperate to have the issue fixed as it had already been going on for week and was surprised people were even finding things in our store.

With all that said - JON FIXED it for us with minutes; it turned out to be a messed up categories.tpl file somehow! BUT NOT ONLY THAT - but he went ahead and updated us to the latest version of CDSEO that we had in our store already while he was in the site via FTP!

I know this is LONG - but overdue! Jon and WebsiteCM were EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND - thank you so much!!!!

Another big thumbs up for Jon at Websitecm not only is his mod for CDSEO fantastic but he bent over backwards to help us out when we got shafted by our hosting company. This guy is the only guy we will be buying mods from now on. Some of the other people selling mods for X-cart should take a leaf out of his book because some of them really suck on support and professionalism.

Jon and his company is the very best at customer service. I had his competitor's SEO product and that person has dropped off the face of the earth and has not responded to any of my service tickets or emails for over 7 weeks. My biggest problem was the other site had installed the SEO product and had not given me any documentation on the install so there was no easy way for me to remove the unwanted and now unsupported product from my site.

Well I sent a service ticket to Jon at WebsiteCM letting him know what my problem was and how I wanted to switch to CDSEO. Well Jon replied very quickly and understood my frustration and went above the call of duty and volunteered to removed the other product for me if I purchased his!!!! Now how many companies will do that for you now days??? It sure is heartwarming to find great customer service and some one who is willing to take on tasks that are above what is required just to make the customer happy.

I have purchased over $1200+ US of mods from WebsiteCM over the last 2 years and I will tell you that they are an absolute joy to do business with. They have always been there when I got stuck. They provided downloads for me when they could have charged me for them (purchased and 1 year later don't have a backup - definitely not their fault), and they have been able to do custom stuff for us that is very cool. I completely endorse and recommend websitecm.com.

Jon and his WebsiteCM.com team provide excellent customer service. Their code is fantastic, instructions were easy to follow and when I wanted to adjust the placement of our checkbox for the Remember Me mod we purchased, Jon answered promptly with a fix - which included custom instructions!! Oh, what I didn't mention was that the above custom placement of the checkbox was something I was going to ask him about, but I did not have a chance to ask - He beat me to the punch and contacted me a day after the sale to make sure the mod worked well and to see if I needed anything else (which of course, I did!). Top marks for Customer Service. It is definitely not a matter of if I will be back to WebsiteCM, it's just matter of when. (I guess it's also a matter of what to choose, they offer TONS of great mods!)

We needed a solution for one of our clients with a large number of name brand products to assist in our overall SEO strategy. We needed a way to have both categories and products listed in simple, descriptive links as well as the ability to build custom link names for those wonderful "exceptions". This cart was heavily modified over the years (originally launched this site in 2002 on X-Cart). I assumed we were going to have to write the code ourselves. WebsiteCM's CDSEO seemed to offer the most flexibility. I was very surprised and happy to see how well architected the modular approach was to solving this problem. The clear instructions and modular design made it easy to work around our existing mods. The install was simple and it allows us to do exactly what we planned for this client.

The cornerstone of any advertising campaign online is traffic, better yet traffic qualified as product specific. Google is our primary vehicle, but really amounts to a pay for performance model unless your traffic is organic. CDSEO elevates our game allowing us rich key word control with HTML URLS that we label. To put it bluntly, the cost of this module is how much we loose without it. If you need organic results this module is a must with an x-cart store. I won't even go into how helpful Jon's team has been over the last few years; that just seems like bonus.

WebsiteCM is one of the most helpful of the mod companies out there. Not only do they offer some really useful mods, but service is way above and beyond the basics. I ran into Jon via IM and he spent a good hour making sure my site was completely optimized and SEO-friendly, fixing little (and big!) things as I listed them off. Not only super helpful and knowledgeable but FAST! Highly recommended!

I recently purchased the Easy Checkout Mod for X-cart and was having some trouble getting it to work properly mainly because I am not a tech guy. Yesterday we found out that our x-cart store was not working properly, and this issue was related to cdseolinks module from websitecm. The problem was critical as the product pages were not loading at all. I sent an e-mail (which I stated as CRITICAL) requesting some more information and help. In about an hour I received an e-mail from Jon explaining to me what caused the problem (we missed a step in the installation), and telling me that they have just corrected the issue for us directly in our server. So the problem was corrected very fast and accurate. This is the kind of support you expect if you are a 24/7 live store with Christmas shoppers just around the corner. I think is fair to say good and bad and share our experiences. In our case, our experience has always been very good with websitecm support staff. Thanks.

We used WebsiteCM to set up our X-Cart store and perform several custom modifications. Jon took care of everything very quickly, while still taking the time to ensure everything was exactly correct and working perfectly. One thing I was impressed with was his ability to understand what the business intent is behind the custom projects we asked for. Other programmers we've worked with only understood the specs we laid out. However, as marketing guys, (not programmers), we really only know what we want the end result to be. So Jon was excellent with understanding what we truly needed and figuring out how to do the programming to meet our goals.
